Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNWB uses account-related information when providing network access subscriptions, processing orders and maintaining the website. Account details, billing records and network activity are separate categories, each with its own handling scope described below.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNWB processes the username used to identify the account, securely handled password verification information and account status. An email address is not required for registration. Please do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier and information needed to process refunds. They are used to verify payments, activate plan benefits and resolve billing disputes. Support ticket content is used to respond to inquiries. When submitting screenshots, please conceal passwords, subscription credentials and other sensitive information.

No-Logs Policy

VPNWB does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, lists of destinations or the content of communications transmitted through its routes. We do not build browsing histories indexed by account or use network activity for advertising analytics.

Service connection logs are not persistently kept as user history. We do not retain detailed records linking connection times to destinations in a way that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Temporary states needed to maintain a connection are used only for the current communication and are not converted into browsing records afterward. Plan data totals and benefit status are used for billing and usage displays and do not include website visit details; these account data are handled separately from connection logs.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device or browser categories and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to website interactions and do not extend to other websites users access through the service. They should not include passwords, login credentials or complete subscription URLs.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain essential sessions and save login status and interface preferences such as language. The user panel stores authentication credentials locally; logging out or clearing site data removes the related state. Browsers can restrict storage, but doing so may require logging in again or prevent preferences from being retained. Clearing local data does not delete the server-side account or orders.

Payments and Information Disclosure

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment channels. VPNWB uses order-linked information and payment results to verify transactions and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords to the service. Each payment channel's own policies apply to the information it processes. Check the payment page and transaction details before paying.

VPNWB does not sell account information. When information must be shared with relevant parties to complete a transaction, respond to a user request or meet applicable legal obligations, only the information necessary for that purpose is provided. Support tickets and order information are not made public.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account details are used to provide the service while the account is in use. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete settlement, handle disputes and meet applicable retention obligations. Support tickets and analytics data are deleted or de-linked from identifiable information after they are no longer needed for support, troubleshooting or analysis. They are not retained indefinitely for unrelated purposes.

To access, correct or delete account-related information, sign in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. VPNWB will verify account control and explain what can be handled. If records subject to open orders, dispute handling or legal retention requirements cannot be deleted with the account request, their use will be restricted and they will be handled once the basis for retention no longer applies.

Policy Updates and Feedback

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes to data uses or handling scope will be communicated through the website or user panel. Where consent is required, a page update does not replace the necessary consent process.
