Service Scope

VPNWB provides subscription services for cross-border access, access to international websites, and network acceleration, with coverage in 90+ countries and 240+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, available protocols, and client links shown in the user panel at the time of use are authoritative.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party platforms. When using platforms such as Netflix, you must still comply with their terms and meet their account region, content licensing, and other access requirements.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; only a username and password are needed. Keep your login details and subscription link secure and do not share them publicly. If you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report it through a ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription link when submitting an issue.

The service supports simultaneous connections on an unlimited number of devices. This applies to use by the account holder and does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing a subscription, or sharing an account with others. You may not repackage the service as a paid offering for third parties.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the plans page for prices and data allowances. Before paying, check your selected plan, billing method, and order total.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and in the regions relevant to your use of the service, and independently confirm that your intended use meets those requirements. You may not use the service for fraud, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property, distributing illegal content, attacking network systems, or other unlawful conduct.

You may not use another person's account, interfere with other users' connections, or disrupt normal service operation through malicious requests, misuse of automated programs, or similar means. When accessing third-party websites and tools, you must also follow their rules; the service does not itself grant authorization to access them.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, international links, and the status of the destination platform. Maintenance, route changes, or third-party failures may cause temporary interruptions. VPNWB does not guarantee a particular connection speed, uninterrupted service, or unchanging content or regional detection results on third-party platforms.

If an issue occurs, first check your plan status and client configuration, then provide the error message and relevant environment details through a ticket. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for impacts caused by third-party platform changes, user configuration errors, or events beyond reasonable control will be determined by the actual cause. These terms do not limit user rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open a ticket, state that you would like a refund, and provide the relevant order details so we can verify the payment. Do not submit sensitive information unrelated to order verification.

Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund progress and outcomes are communicated through tickets; the time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel. For requests made after the period above or cases other than a first payment, you may submit a ticket explaining the issue. VPNWB will review it based on the order details and applicable law, without making any additional refund commitments.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNWB identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, account misuse, or conduct that threatens service operation, it may suspend the relevant connection or account based on the risk and investigate the matter. If you disagree with the action, you may explain the situation through a ticket. Account actions do not automatically remove any refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.

If service rules or applicable laws change, this page will be updated and the last-updated month revised. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Please review any changes before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and ask through a ticket how existing orders will be handled.
