Subscription Import & Connection Verification

Work through the steps in order: account, plan, subscription, then client. Check the result at each stage before moving on. If you have already completed a step, skip to the relevant section in the contents.

Create an Account and Save Your Login Details

Open your user dashboard from the account link below and choose a username and password as prompted. VPNWB does not require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Choose a username that is easy to remember but does not reveal sensitive personal information, and use a password you do not use on other sites. Before submitting, check that both fields are correct, paying particular attention to your keyboard layout, letter case, and accidental spaces. This can help avoid login problems later.

When you’re done, you should land in your user dashboard or see a prompt to sign in. If you already have a VPNWB account, sign in with it; there’s no need to create another account just to set up a different device. Consider saving your login details in a password manager, and make sure the saved entry is for the VPNWB website. Use this account to check your plan, get your subscription, and submit support tickets.

If the page says your username is unavailable, choose another one and try again. If you don’t reach the dashboard after submitting, check for an error message and make sure your local network can access the VPNWB website. Avoid repeatedly refreshing while clicking submit. Once you can open your account overview, account setup is complete. If you don’t see an active plan or subscription there yet, that does not mean account creation failed; choose a suitable plan next.

First Month Free

Review Your Plan and Complete Your Order

On the plans page, first distinguish monthly plans from data packages. Monthly plans suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages suit occasional or irregular use: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. These options differ in billing and data validity, not the number of devices you can connect; all plans support unlimited devices.

After choosing a plan, check the plan name, price, and data allowance on the order page. Then choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as prompted. Use the payment details shown on the order page, and return to your user dashboard when payment is complete to check the order status. Don’t assume your plan is active just because the payment page closed, and don’t submit the same order again while its status is unclear.

At this stage, the order should show as paid and your account overview should display the corresponding plan status. If you’ve paid but the dashboard hasn’t updated, refresh the order and overview pages, and check that you’re signed in to the account used to place the order. If you still have questions, submit the order details and any on-screen messages through a dashboard support ticket. Share payment receipts only through the support channel in your account. VPNWB offers a 7-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for details.

For your first plan, choose based on your expected data use; the number of devices is not a reason to upgrade. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the result shown in your dashboard before proceeding, and don’t assume the difference between tiers means extra data. For a side-by-side comparison of prices and data terms, see the Plan Details. Once your plan is active, continue to the subscription step.

Choose This Plan

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Stay signed in and open your account overview, then find the subscription section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve the server configurations currently available to your account. It is not a client download link or your website password. If the dashboard offers different options, such as copying a link or importing directly into a client, first confirm which platform and client you plan to use, then choose the matching option to avoid importing an incompatible configuration.

For a manual import, use the dashboard’s copy button to get the complete subscription link, then paste it into your client. Don’t remove or change any part of the link, including the parameters at the end, and don’t mistake the account overview URL in your browser’s address bar for a subscription link. Treat the subscription link as an account credential: never post it on public forums, in group chats, or in public screenshots. When troubleshooting, share only the error message and hide the link and account details.

At this stage, you should have subscription information that can be imported into a client. Not seeing a server list in your browser doesn’t necessarily mean the copy failed; subscriptions are mainly read by the client. Confirm the import in the next step: after the client updates successfully, it should display server names. If you can’t find the subscription option in your overview, check that you’re signed in to the right account and that your plan is active, then follow the current instructions in your dashboard.

You may need to update your subscription later. After a plan change or server configuration update, refresh the existing subscription in your client instead of repeatedly adding configurations with the same name. If the link has been shared publicly, check whether the dashboard lets you reset the subscription credential, or ask support through a ticket. If the credential changes, you’ll need to get the updated configuration on your other devices too.

Open Account Overview

Import the Client for Your Platform

Open the client downloads section in your user dashboard to get the client and instructions for your operating system. After signing in, you can get clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. Subscriptions are also available after sign-in. The iOS client download requires an active plan. The steps below assume you already have your subscription details: install the client, import the configuration, and then connect. Installing the app alone does not mean the connection is active.

Get the Client

Windows: Add a Subscription in the Configuration Section

Choose the Windows desktop client provided in your dashboard. Install and open it, then look for “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or an option to add a configuration. Choose import from link, paste the complete subscription information you copied, and download or update it. If the dashboard offers one-click import for your client, you can also follow the prompt to open the app and confirm the import there.

Once imported, the subscription should appear in the configuration list, and the server section should show server names. Select the configuration, then enable the proxy or tunnel mode required for connection, following the client’s instructions. If the system requests permission, check the app’s source and the prompt before proceeding. If the list is empty after importing, try updating the subscription and read the error message. Don’t troubleshoot by randomly changing ports or protocols.

macOS: Make Sure the Configuration Is Selected

Choose the macOS desktop client from the dashboard’s download section and install it using the accompanying instructions. If macOS displays a security or network permission prompt on first launch, make sure you opened the installer from the link in your VPNWB dashboard, then follow the system instructions. In the app, open configuration or subscription management, choose the option to add from a link, paste your subscription, and save it. Wait for the app to load the configuration.

When server names appear, make sure the new configuration is selected. Adding it to the list without activating it may leave the app using its previous configuration. Follow the client’s prompts to enable the system proxy or relevant connection mode, then test access to a website. If you have used another proxy app, disconnect it first to reduce conflicts between apps managing your network. There’s no need to repeatedly add the same subscription while troubleshooting.

Android: Approve the System Connection Prompt After Importing

Get the Android client from your dashboard and install it as prompted by your device. Open the app and choose the option to import from a link in the subscription, configuration, or add menu. Paste your subscription information and update it. If one-click import from the dashboard opens the app correctly, check the imported details and continue. If your browser doesn’t open the client, return to the app and add the subscription manually instead of clicking the same link repeatedly.

After importing, select a configuration and server, then tap the client’s connect switch. Android may display a system prompt to allow a VPN connection; check the app name and approve it. You should then see a connected status in the app, and your device’s status bar may show a connection indicator. If the connection drops frequently when the app is in the background, check your device’s background activity and battery settings for the app. The exact options vary by device.

iOS: Get the Client and Allow Configuration Setup

On your iPhone or iPad, sign in to your user dashboard and check that your plan is active. Open the iOS client link in the downloads section and follow the dashboard instructions to get the client from the App Store. If the page says an active plan is required, check your status in the account overview rather than looking for an installation file elsewhere. Once the client is installed, return to the dashboard and use the matching import option, or paste the link manually in the app’s subscription or configuration section.

Once the app has loaded the server list, start the connection. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, check the source, allow it, and complete any on-device authorization. Authorization only allows the app to establish a connection; return to the client to confirm that it is connected. If no servers appear, check whether the subscription updated successfully. If servers appear but you’re not connected, check the app’s connection switch and any system prompts. For more detailed setup instructions, see iPhone VPN Setup from Scratch.

Start the Connection and Check Access

After importing, select the current configuration in your client and choose a server region from the list. Then start the connection. For your first test, keep the client’s recommended default connection settings; don’t change the protocol, routing, and system network options all at once. Check whether the app shows a connected status or an error before opening the target website in your browser. A connection icon is only a starting point—it doesn’t mean every app is using the selected server as expected.

Open the VPNWB IP lookup page to check your browser’s current exit IP, then test the website or app you actually need. With split tunneling, different sites may use different routes. Assess the client status, IP lookup, and the target service together rather than relying on just one check. A failed lookup may simply mean the request didn’t complete; on its own, it doesn’t show that the entire connection is down.

When accessing streaming services such as Netflix, loading the website and playing specific content are separate checks. First make sure you can sign in, then test the content you want to watch. Available titles and playback also depend on your account region, platform policies, and selected server, so a server’s region name does not guarantee access to particular content. AI tools may have their own account or region requirements; a successful network connection does not change those service conditions.

If you can’t connect, first disconnect the client and check whether your local network works normally. Then check your plan status, remaining data, and subscription update. If the subscription has loaded but the selected server won’t connect, try another server. Change one thing at a time and note what happens before and after; this makes it easier to find the cause than reinstalling the app and changing multiple settings at once. For more on peak-time congestion, protocol differences, and server selection, see the Technical Reference. This guide does not cover configuration parameters.

If the problem persists, open a support ticket in your user dashboard. Include your operating system, client, server name, error message, and the steps you’ve already tried. Hide subscription details and account credentials in screenshots. Once you can reliably access the website you need, your initial setup is complete. To use VPNWB on another device, repeat the steps to get a client, import your subscription, and verify the connection; you don’t need to create another account.
